Due to the unique performance of the LaZer system, realistic CQB (Close Quarters Battle) can now be trained for the first time by completely eliminating static targets and working with live role-players instead. Any building can be instantly converted into a training location with minimal effort. Since the LaZer system can \"fire\" through glass without damaging it, it can be used in intact buildings without any risk of injury. The system's ability to \"shoot\" without live ammunition eliminates the need for bulky protective gear. Additionally, there is no danger when a LaZer weapon is \"fired\" at a training partner from close range.
